How much does a new roof cost in North Georgia?
Most residential roof replacements across metro Atlanta and North Georgia run from about $8,000 to $25,000. Where your home lands inside that range depends mostly on how many squares of roof you have, how steep it is, how many layers have to come off, and which shingle you choose. How accurate is a roof measured from aerial imagery?
The measurement comes from high-resolution aerial imagery and is accurate enough to price a roof within a range, which is why we publish a range instead of a single number. Heavy tree cover over the roof is the one condition that can throw it off, so we check the building outline separately and tell you in the report when trees affected the read. What aerial imagery cannot see is what is under the shingles, so the exact written price always comes from a free roof evaluation.
Why do you send a price range instead of one number?
Because the honest answer at this stage is a range. Tear-off layers, decking condition, ventilation, flashing, and material choice all move the final price, and none of them are visible from the air. We would rather email you a range we can stand behind and then confirm an exact written price in person than quote a low number that climbs once we are on the roof.
Does someone have to come to my house first?
Not for the instant quote. Your address is enough to measure the roof and send your price range. A free roof evaluation comes later, only when you want an exact written price or you are ready to move forward.
Will I get sales calls if I use the instant quote?
No. Your report goes to the email address you enter, and our office follows up once to make sure it arrived and to answer questions. We do not sell or share your information, and there is no automated call sequence.
